Welcome to the Alano Club of Fort Walton Beach
The Alano Club of Fort Walton Beach is a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation designed to provide a safe and supportive meeting place for individuals and groups in alcohol and addiction recovery.
We strive daily to bring the message of experience, strength and hope to all people seeking recovery from alcohol and drug addiction.
The Alano Club of Fort Walton Beach is not affiliated with any of the 12-step recovery groups or organizations that meet in Clubhouse Building or anywhere else. It is not bound by any individual group traditions or restrictions. This allows the club to serve all members and groups equally.

These are approximately 30% of all meetings in the Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.
These meetings have helped tens of thousands of alcoholics and addicts recover in its nearly 45-year history. The Club’s location, accessibility, and warm welcoming people make it a positive and effective place in our local recovery community.
Visit the Alano Club and grab a cup of coffee. Meet old-timers and newly recovering alcoholics and addicts. The Alano Club is a place to go, to take a break, and to have a cup of coffee.
A place to visit with men and women who understand the program and the process of recovery.
The stricken come to the Club to find support and learn a way out from their seemingly hopeless lifestyle. They see the wonder of recovery in others and have a chance to change their lives.
Many 12-Step and other groups have meetings each day including:
* Alcoholics Anonymous (AA)
* Narcotics Anonymous (NA)
* Adult children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families (ACA)
– Book Study Meetings
– Speaker Meetings
– Other recovery meetings and events
The Alano Club offers study group meetings, weekly special speaker meetings and regular fellowship events. These including holiday cookouts, trips, and an annual New Year’s Eve event with speakers, music, and dancing.
*The Alano Club is an outside organization, separate and distinct from AA, Al-Anon, or any other 12-Step group*

No possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs allowed on property

No open display of weapons of any kind except law enforcement officers

No panhandling

No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping allowed inside the building

No sleeping on premises (inside or outside)

No animals except service animals FL. Statute 413.08

No use of bathroom for bathing, shaving, etc.

No personal items, to include food, left on property without permission

Do not block egress of parking lot

Do not block sidewalk and handicap ramp
